Crossing the Pond – Martial Expo

I recently attended “Crossing the Pond – Martial Expo” in Seattle Washington. Hosted by Kris Wilder this event was amazing. I am working on a review of the weekend and will have it online soon. For now check out the photo album on the site for the U.S. side of this great event. If you are in Europe and have an opportunity to attend this event I strongly recommend that you go! Everyone that attended had a great time.

The instructors present at the seminar: Kris Wilder, Iain Abernethy, Marc MacYoung, Al Peasland, Nicholas Yang, and guest instructor Rory Miller.

Iain Abernethy has produced another great podcast this month. He covers what he thinks are the 3 biggest mistakes most Karateka make with their study of the martial arts. For those of us who study martial arts other than Karate this still applies.

Listen and learn.
